- Juneng commits that all of the spring products are of high quality and manufactured basing on drawings. A series of strict inspection ensures that the pass rate is near 100%
- Raw steel materials: we adopt 60Si2MnA instead of 60Si2Mn to realize excellent hardenability, fatigue strength, and mechanical properties of the springs
- Coke oven strips are made from Q345 (16Mn) round steels from Anshan Iron and Steel Group
- Coke oven column and non-standard welded structural: instead of using wide flat steels, we use steel plates from Shougang, Tangshan Iron & Steel, Baosteel, Hebei Wenfeng Iron & Steel Group, and Hebei Jingye Group, firmly ensuring the flatness of plates and the materials' mechanical performance
- Operated correctly, our springs can be used for over 30 years
- Each spring must be given hot setting and sand blasting treatment, as well as load test to guarantee their service life and fatigue strength. For spring load test, we utilize the computer-controlled spring testing machine whose moving testing precision is up to 0.01mm. Besides, this this machine can save the force/displacement curve of each spring, for the convenient of adjusting the coke oven.
- H-beam steel auto-welding machine and 60A and H-beam flange straightening machine is employed in our spring production line. The whole production process is under the supervision of engineers.
- We commit that the products will be sent to the designated place at the specified time. If there is any economic losses caused from our delay, Juneng will make compensation.
- Juneng will bear the relevant legal responsibilities, and give all economic compensation for clients' economic loss if it is caused by quality problems.
- During the warranty period, if there are any serious quality defects, like the springs are broken, apart from replacing the defected products for free, Juneng will compensate clients 10 thousand yuan for each broken product for their loss.
- The warranty period of Juneng springs is at least 30 years if used properly. Within 5 years after the warranty period, Juneng provides users those wear parts free of charge.
- Taking customer service as our priority, Juneng is committed to offering clients comprehensive and considerate sales service. We will contact clients to know the whether the delivery, installing, commissioning, and using is going well. Technical guidance and installation instruction is offered for free.
- We will dispatch technicians to clients' production site for assistance on installing.
- With a large product and spare parts inventory, Juneng is able to offer the products clients have ordered as fast as possible.
