Juneng has introduced 2 spring production lines (with medium-frequency induction heating furnace), which are the most advanced spring lines in China. They have contributed largely to enhance the springs' fatigue strength, mechanical properties and service life.
- We have the 80mm CNC auto pitch tapping machine from Luoyang Machine Tool Factory, 2 sets of hot coil spring making machines, 6 spring end grinding machines, and M4013 double-end spring grinding machines. The overheating phenomenon after the springs' are grinded has been effectively eliminated.
- Sand blasting treatment for springs is done by the large suspended shot blasting machine from Shandong Kaitai Group. This process has guaranteed the strength of both the inner and outer surface of springs, and largely extended their life.
- Spring mechanical performance testing equipment: 2KN, 10KN, 50KN, 300KN, 600KN, and 1000KN computer-controlled hydraulic spring load testing machines from Jinan Shijin Group and Shanghai Material Testing Machine Factory, and computer-controlled universal testing machine (with the function to print characteristic curve).
These testing machines feature accurate control and high-precision measurement, avoiding the error caused by manual operation.
- CJW-600 magnetic particle flaw detection machine is adopted to detect the internal flows of heat treated springs.
- 75kw, 60kw automatic trolley type quenching furnace from Jinan Lulian Group Electric Furnace Manufacturing Company
- For quenching medium, we use the DN high-speed quenching oil developed by Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. This medium has contributed to reduce deformation or cracking during quenching, as well as improved the spring hardness.
- 3 large CNC salt bath tempering furnaces are introduced to ensure the uniformity inner the springs.
- 5 sets of 100t, 40t, and 25t hydraulic presses are utilized to conduct spring hot setting, spring closure test, and permanent deformation test.
Physical and chemical laboratory
In the laboratory, we have carbon/sulfur analyzer, carbon-sulfur combustion furnace, temperature control instrument, and image analyzer. These machines are mainly used to analyze the elements of raw steel. The testing result will be sent to clients along with the final product report.
Finished and tagged springs
Each spring is given a unique identity number, and clients can trace the testing result of a spring with its number. We will deliver the testing report along with the springs to clients.
