Juneng now possesses 3 large spring processing plants, 2 structural steel plants, and a testing room. All of the spring manufacturing processes after the raw materials are purchased are done independently in these plants.
The total buildings of Juneng occupy over 30 thousand m2. Our annual output value is about 1 hundred billion yuan. Every year, we produce over 3000 tons of springs, and 10 thousand tons of coke oven spare parts.

Large hot coil spring production line
This line is set to producing springs with diameter of 14-100mm. A CNC medium frequency induction furnace is adopted to heat the raw materials, effectively ensuring the temperature uniformity and preventing the production of oxide coating. Tempering for the materials is done with CNC salt bath quenching furnace, which utilizes computer to control the tempering temperature and guarantee the accuracy and uniformity of temperature.
Small hot coil spring production line
Shown is the production line for small hot coil springs whose diameter ranges from 12mm to 40mm. It features high production speed, for example, a hot coil spring with the diameter lowers than 20mm can be finished in 3 minutes. The medium frequency heating technique allows for uniform heating and stable spring mechanical properties.
Main testing facilities include presses, spring testing machine, fatigue testing machine, and magnetic particle testing machine. Inspection items for springs mainly involve composite pressure, tensile and fatigue properties. All of the parameters got in the inspection process can be indicator of the springs' quality.
CNC hot helical spring making machine
After being heated in the medium frequency induction furnace, the steels will be coiled into springs by the CNC helical spring making machine, which features high automation, intelligent control, high production speed, and accurate dimensional control.
Operation platform of hot coil spring line
Operators can adjust the production speed, heating time, temperature, among other parameters through the touch screen. This control platform is easily operated and highly automatic. Only 2 workers are needed for this hot coil spring line.
Tempering treatment is used for spring shaping. In this process, sodium nitrate solution is employed to realize uniform temperature, good spring shaping, and high metal ductility.
Cold coil spring making machine
We have 3 intelligently controlled cold coil spring making machines to produce 4-12mm cold coil springs. One worker can control 2 or 3 sets at a time to adjust the manufacturing speed, and the cutting length. Each machine produces 500 cold coil springs every day.
Continuous tempering furnace
This tempering furnace with conveyor transmission system is employed for the final shaping of cold coil springs. It is limited to produce spring with the diameter ranging from 4mm to 10mm. About 30min is needed for one tempering process. This furnace can process 3000-5000 springs in one day.
Structural steel production workshop
This workshop covering 15000m2 produces 7000tons of structural steel every year.
Pressure testing machine
This machine is used for testing the composite pressure of compression springs. It is computer-controlled and highly accurate. Generally, there is 10% deviation between the tested result and the value clients have provided.
